Abstract Submission Guidelines

The last dates for abstract submission have been extended to 10th Jan 2023 due to overwhelming response and requests.
  • All abstracts should be well structured and must include Background, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusions.

Category Of Paper/Poster & Format For Abstract

  1. Original Research – Background, Aims/Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
  2. Review paper – Background/Purpose, Review Findings, Conclusion [narrative or systematic]
  3. Case Report – Introduction, Case Summary, Conclusion
    • Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
    • The abstract has to be submitted through the link received along with the permanent registration ID.

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

  • Mandatory for participants to be registered for the conference
  • Maximum participants per poster is 4.
  • Time duration for presentation: 4+2 min [4 Min – Presentation & 2 Min – Question Round]
  • All posters to be set in landscape style orientation, and all the information like text, data, photos and figures must be designed to appear within one slide (ppt/image).
  • The title and subheadings should be written in bold, also please select the background colors that contrast well with the font to allow easy reading of the text.
  • The photographs used in the poster are clearly visible and with minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Final poster should be submitted through mail ,details will be shared shortly and posters once submitted cannot be changed or modified.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation

  • Mandatory for participants to be registered for the conference
  • Maximum participants per paper is 2.
  • Time duration for presentation: 8+2 min [8 Min – Presentation & 2 Min – Question Round]
  • The oral presentation should be an original research/case series/case reports/narrative review and systematic review.
  • Abstracts must be original and must not be previously published or presented anywhere else in the conferences.
  • Final paper presentation should be in MS Office 2007 compatible mode.
  • Final paper should be submitted through mail, details will be shared shortly and ppts once submitted cannot be changed or modified.
